Your Body is Supposed to Feel Good

“Most people have no idea how good their body is supposed to feel.”


I 100% agree. The amount of people that have been in my accountability groups that tell me how they had goals when they started but didn’t even realize that FEELING BETTER was an option!

It’s so empowering for me to feel good myself, physically and by being proud of myself, by taking care of myself. What is my favorite though? Helping others have this epiphany.


I save lives in the ER.

I save QUALITY of lives through online coaching.



Through everything I have seen in the ER as a nurse, quality of life couldn’t be MORE important to me.

Just LOVE feeling good. Having energy. Feeling positive and happy and proud of myself. Love helping YOU do that too.




Today I did a killer TurboFire workout (was having so much fun I did it TWICE back to back!! ;-)).

I had my Shakeology (mixed with vanilla flax milk!) before my workout with Brandi and eggs & tapioca bread after. Yum ♡
